Track more than a date.

Period and cycle tracking

Log period dates and view cycle history, averages, next-period estimates, estimated ovulation and an estimated fertile window.

Daily check-ins

Record flow, symptoms, mood, energy and sleep so you can review patterns across your own logs.

Wellness tools

Explore movement, meal and everyday-care ideas. These are general wellness suggestions, not personalized medical treatment.

Ask Aavili

Ask educational questions about cycle care and wellbeing. Before first use, Aavili asks permission to send your question and limited cycle context to Google Gemini. You can withdraw that consent later.

Partner and family sharing

Invite someone and control what they can see. Sharing is optional, permission-based and revocable.

Data controls

Use an optional PIN lock, export a copy of your profile, predictions and daily logs, or permanently delete your account and associated data.

Account-based, not local-only.

Aavili stores account and cycle data on servers hosted on Amazon Web Services in India. Certain sensitive preferences are stored securely on your device. Google Play lists personal information and health and fitness information among data the app may collect.

What the current disclosures say

  • No data shared with third parties under Google Play's Data safety definitions.
  • Data encrypted in transit.
  • Deletion requests are available.
  • No ads and no sale of personal or health data.
  • Ask Aavili's optional Gemini processing is explained in the privacy policy and consent screen.

Read the complete privacy policy or review Google Play Data safety.

A tracker is not a medical test.

Estimates are not measurements

Calendar estimates do not measure hormones or confirm ovulation. Logs and estimates should look different because they represent different kinds of information.

Not for contraception

Do not use Aavili's estimated fertile window as birth control or proof that pregnancy is or is not possible.

No diagnosis or treatment

Aavili does not diagnose PCOS, endometriosis or any other condition, and it does not prescribe medicine or replace a qualified clinician.
